Ruta del sillar Arequipa

Pick up from the hotel and departure by the route to the quarries, 30 min of travel, arriving a carver from Sillar shows us his work and how it is done, where the passenger can also participate in the carving of the Sillar: volcanic lava was used by our ancestors to turn it into blocks and with them build mansions and temples, we visit the quarries from which this white material is extracted, we can also appreciate the natural landscape and we will complement the visit with the beautiful view of the mega carved front of the church of the Company and different carvings that the carvers work every day, ending this visit we arrive at «Culebrillas», where a short walk is made, we will see the petroglyphs in the quarry called Culebrillas, return to the hotel.
